Meaningful Programs for Engaging Refugees with Disabilities in Lebanon

Inclusion International’s member in Lebanon, LASA (Lebanese Association for Self-Advocacy) and WRC (the Women’s Refugee Commission) have been working in a joint project focusing on refugees with disabilities. When refugees with disabilities participate in group programs, the experience is life-changing and potentially life-saving. Engaging refugees with disabilities is effective, rewarding, and simple enough for any organization to learn.

Support for this program was provided by the Women’s Refugee Commission.
