Fundació Catalana Síndrome de Down
The Fundació Catalana Síndrome de Down, founded in 1984, has the stated mission of improving quality of life for people with Down syndrome or other intellectual disabilities by enabling their full inclusion in society and the utmost degree of well-being, self-determination, personal development, respect and dignity.
The FCSD has devoted major efforts from its inception to raising awareness through a combination of direct care, training (for families, professionals and students), research, and publication.
