Listen Include Respect in the USA
Online, The Americas
Join us for an interactive webinar introducing the Listen Include Respect (LIR) guidelines to organisations across the United States.
The LIR guidelines are a set of international guidelines designed to help organisations become truly inclusive. Inclusion International’s and Down Syndrome International’s networks developed the guidelines to provide a roadmap for ensuring people with intellectual disabilities can lead, make decisions, and participate fully in all levels of organisational activity.
We have been developing our LIR work globally for several years, supporting members and partners to change their practices. Now, we are bringing this focus to a US audience to help interested organisations understand what the guidelines look like in practice and what getting involved could mean for them.
