The FITIMA Foundation, or Fondation Internationale Tierno Et Mariam, operates in Guinea and Burkina Faso, focusing on improving the quality of life for children with disabilities through medical, paramedical, and socio-educational care. Additionally, it promotes women’s rights and provides training for paramedical professionals in these regions.
