Funders have made commitments to ensuring “no one left behind,” but Official Development Assistance (ODA) data reveals that from 2014 through 2018, people with intellectual disabilities were excluded in 99.98% of ODA funding.

People with intellectual disabilities are among the most marginalized in the already marginalized disability community, yet they continue to be excluded from Official Development Assistance.
