Catalyst for Inclusive Education, Inclusion International’s programme about inclusive education, is hosting a webinar!

This type of webinar is called a Catalyst Expert Advice Session.

What is a Catalyst Country Case Study Exercise?

Our Catalyst Expert Advice sessions are spaces in which members of Catalyst for Inclusive Education present the situation of educational inclusion in their country and what their respective organizations are doing to defend inclusive education, making a critical reflection on good practices, challenges, and areas to improve.

They also receive support and recommendations from experts to overcome the challenges that the country faces and improve access to inclusive education.

They are a good opportunity for members to learn about what inclusive education looks like in other contexts and get ideas for your own inclusive education work.

These events are only open to Catalyst Members and Members of Inclusion International who – even though they are not part of Catalyst in the full cycle – they might attend one or more of these thematic discussions.

This ensures that members have a safe space for sharing learning, expertise, but also can share honest experience related to challenges in pursuing inclusion in education in their countries and find together possible solutions or new strategies.

Meeting Information

The session will be on August 12 at 8:00 am (Mexico City time) / 9:00 am (Bogotá time)

This event will be hosted on Zoom.

These sessions will be held in Spanish and currently Inclusion International does not have enough budget to cover the costs of interpretation, so we ask that if your organizations have a translator (Spanish – English) or (Spanish – Portuguese) who can volunteer and support us with the translation of the sessions, Catalyst for Inclusive Education would greatly appreciate it.

Please let us know if your organization could help with translation at these events!

If you are interested in joining this meeting, please reach out to Federica Settimi at federicasettimi@inclusion-international.org.
