Themes and Sub-themes
Overarching theme: Building societies after the COVID pandemic where persons with disabilities are included and can take part now and in the future.
Sub theme 1: New ideas and technology to make disability rights real
Sub theme 2: Giving people with disabilities with the education, training and skills that they need to find a job, earn an income and be able to support themselves.
Sub theme 3: Making sure persons with disabilities are part of the work on climate action, reducing the risk of disasters and being able to recover quickly from natural disasters.

Our In-person Delegation
This year we’ll have a team of representatives from our network attending the in-person events in New York.
They will help to promote the launch of our Listen Include Respect guidelines with Governments, UN Agencies and INGOs.
We’ll also take the opportunity to network and do advocacy related to our current global advocacy agenda.
